Good start, but needs a lot of work

This app developer needs to do some research on the other apps in this category.

It has a good foundation and I like the reporting style, especially the TOC.

But it needs:

- A proper iPad interface.

- iCloud for sharing data across multiple devices.

- Remember vendors and other information so I dont need to type the same information over and over again.

- Add estimated cost the the to do list and allow me to mark it complete. This could move it over to an expense or maintenance entry and include in the TOC.

So a good start. It could become a great app, but just needs some intelligence to move it from a data display to a really smart and useful app.
